| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在金正恩於2012年上任之前，北韓便因為自2006年起多次試爆核武而引發聯合國安全理事會制裁，相關措施愈發嚴峻，衝擊北韓經濟發展。金正恩於2018年初開始進行層峰外交，接連與多位外國元首會面。然而，由於金正恩並不願意完全放棄核武，其他大國也不願意退讓解除對於北韓的制裁，其以元首身分進行的外交並未出現具體成效；美國總統川普雖然採取外交戰略收縮而未對北韓採取軍事行動，但卻也因此不願意積極介入朝鮮半島事務；北韓在經濟與外交上過度依賴中國則突顯其自主不足，難以擴展外交成果。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Before Kim Jong-Un took the office in 2012, North Korea had been sanctioned by the United Nations Security Council for its nuclear weapons tests since 2006, which impeded North Korea's economy for many years. Kim Jong-un started his diplomatic summitry in the early 2018 to attend several meetings with foreign countries' leaders. However, due to Kim Jong-un's unwillingness to completely abandon his nuclear weapons, while other major powers' reluctance to concede on lifting sanctions against North Korea, there has been a lack of tangible progress in his diplomatic summitry. With a strategic retrenchment, the United States President Donald Trump did not conduct military operations against North Korea and likewise had no interest to intervene in the affairs of the Korean Peninsula actively. North Korea's high-dependence on China economically and diplomatically reveals the country's insufficient autonomy to gain favorable diplomatic results from Kim Jong-un's foreign visits. | |
