| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在國家政策導向與產業結構調整的推動下，台灣北部港埠逐漸呈現貨源重組與功能轉移的趨勢。基隆港因腹地受限，加上台北港快速崛起，對周邊內陸貨櫃集散站帶來營運挑戰與轉型壓力。本文以中華貿易開發股份有限公司基隆貨櫃集散站（中華貨櫃）為研究對象，探討其如何在不利環境中透過策略調整與營運升級，穩固市場地位並建立新的營運模式。
本研究採用個案分析，系統性梳理中華貨櫃在基隆港發展過程中的角色演變，並深入剖析其面對貨源流失與港埠政策轉向時所採取的多元轉型策略，包括業務重心重組、作業流程再設計、設備與資訊系統升級，以及強化空櫃處理能力與承攬新航線等措施。
研究結果指出，內陸貨櫃集散站若能靈活填補主力航線下滑所造成的營收缺口，並藉由多元化服務與數位工具建構彈性營運能力，將可展現高度適應性的物流節點特質，並於變局中尋得成長動能。中華貨櫃的實務經驗可作為業界在面對結構轉變時的轉型參考，對港埠物流產業具有啟發意義。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Under the influence of national policy orientation and ongoing industrial restructuring, port in northern Taiwan are experiencing significant shifts in cargo distribution and functional roles. The limited hinterland of Keelung port, coupled with the rapid rise of Taipei port, has imposed increasing operational and transformational pressures on adjacent Inland Container Terminals. This study examines the case of the Keelung Container Terminal operated by China Trade & Development Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Chung-Hua Container Terminal”), exploring how it sustained market relevance and developed a new operational model through strategic adaptation amid structural adversity.
Using a case study approach, this research systematically examines the evolution of Chung-Hua Container Terminal functional role during the development of Keelung port and to explore its transformation strategies in response to cargo redistribution and shifts in national harbor policy. These strategies include the restructuring business priorities, redesigning operational workflows, upgrading equipment and information systems, and enhancing empty container handling capabilities alongside the new shipping route engagements
The findings suggest that Inland Container Terminals can mitigate the impact of core route downturns and sustain competitiveness by deploying diversified service models and digitalized operational tools. The adaptive practices of Chung-Hua Container Terminal offer actionable insights and strategic references for logistics stakeholders navigating similar structural transitions in harbor-related sectors. | en_US |
