The purpose of this project is to analyze and discuss the historical development, the doctrine and the theoretical Problems of culpa in contrahendo in Germany’s Civil Law. On this base, this project would like also to rethink the position of culpa in contrahendo in Taiwan’s Civil Law and to make a critical review on the Article 245-1 Civil Code of Taiwan. | |
