摘要 As aging populations grow, psychological resilience becomes critical for older adults facing life transitions. This study explores the use of robots to deliver reminiscence therapy (RT), aiming to enhance emotional support, self-identity and psychological resilience. By integrating voice-based conversations, visual stimuli and personalized interactions, robots assist memory recall, alleviate loneliness, support physical and mental well-being. Following a design science approach, this study establishes design principles for robotic RT systems based on survey findings about older adults’ emotional needs, reminiscence preferences and robot interaction attitudes, with the goal of promoting mental health and life satisfaction among community-living older adults.
