摘要 這份創作型論文以作者自身從媒體人轉職為節目製作人,進而投入影視創業的生命歷程為核心,採取第一人稱視角,結合自我揭露敘事研究法與紀實散文書寫,嘗試以「實境節目式人生書寫」的形式,記錄一位女性創業者在產業轉換、創作實踐與家庭角色之間反覆協商與調適的真實經驗。創作內容橫跨職涯轉換、創業風險、節目製作實務、資金壓力、人際關係變動,以及身為女性與母親所承受的性別與家庭期待,呈現傳播產業中少被完整述說的創業日常與心理過程。 本論文以實際製作之實境節目《極島森林》與《出去一下》為重要創作與反思節點,透過具體事件回放,描繪影像創作在理想、現實與市場機制之間的拉鋸,並檢視創業者在高度不確定情境中,如何透過信用、人際支持與自我調適,持續推動創作與組織運作。形式上,本創作借鏡實境節目之敘事結構,將人生歷程視為一季節目的分集展演,使文本兼具紀實性、戲劇感與情感厚度。 本研究期望透過誠實而貼近日常的書寫,回應創作型論文在學術體制中的可能性,並為有志投入影視產業或創業實踐者,特別是女性創作者,提供一份來自現場的經驗紀錄與情感陪伴。
This creative thesis centers on the author’s life trajectory from a media professional to a television program producer and, subsequently, an entrepreneur in the film and television industry. Written from a first-person perspective, it integrates autoethnographic self-disclosure with documentary-style prose, adopting a form of “reality-program-inspired life writing” to record the lived experiences of a female entrepreneur as she continually negotiates and adapts across industry transitions, creative practice, and family roles. The narrative spans career transformation, entrepreneurial risk, program production practices, financial pressure, shifts in interpersonal relationships, and the gendered and familial expectations encountered as both a woman and a mother, thereby revealing the everyday realities and psychological processes of entrepreneurship that are seldom fully articulated within the media and communication industries. This thesis takes the author’s produced reality programs Island Forest and Step Outside as key creative and reflective milestones. Through detailed event-based retrospection, it depicts the tensions inherent in audiovisual creation among ideals, practical constraints, and market mechanisms, while examining how an entrepreneur sustains creative work and organizational operations amid high uncertainty through credibility, interpersonal support, and self-adjustment. Formally, the work draws on the narrative structure of reality television, framing life experiences as episodic segments within a season, thereby imbuing the text with documentary realism, dramatic intensity, and emotional depth. Through candid and everyday-oriented writing, this study seeks to respond to the possibilities of creative theses within academic institutions and to offer a grounded record of experience and emotional companionship for those aspiring to enter the film and television industry or entrepreneurial practice, particularly women creators.
