Czech-Russian relations日期 2026 上傳時間 2-Mar-2026 13:36:51 (UTC+8) 摘要 在2014至2022年間捷克與俄羅斯的貿易商品結構中，捷克由俄羅斯進口能源佔最大的比例。對俄羅斯而言，捷克也算是能源產品的大客戶之一。但在研究觀察的這六年中，捷克與俄羅斯在政治關係上常有衝突並在經濟上互相施壓，顯示出兩國的政經關係出現變化，趨於緊張。在2014年克里米亞事件發生之後，捷克同著歐美對俄羅斯進行制裁，使捷俄雙方在政治關係上降到冰點。然而，在這種情況下，捷俄貿易量在2016年卻開始逐年提高，並且持續增加，使得兩國的政治關係與經貿關係出現明顯的差異。從2016到2022年，貿易關係受到數次國際事件影響—金融風暴、新冠疫情、俄烏戰爭等，但捷俄貿易關係在此期間雖然受到巨大挑戰卻多呈現不減反增趨勢，凸顯出「政冷經熱」的特殊現象。為了理解為何捷俄政治關係與經貿關係會發生如此差異，本篇論文會著重於分析捷克與俄羅斯的貿易關係及影響其貿易關係的政經因素，以捷俄的貿易量數據作為主要的研究材料，輔以捷、俄之貿易結構等，透過統合各方資料證明，此期間捷克與俄羅斯貿易關係有其不可替代之處，因此呈現出「政冷經熱」的特殊現象，並從分析捷、俄貿易的商品結構之變化，以及可能影響其關係的競爭者—歐盟和中國之角度，探究未來捷、俄關係發展的趨勢。
In the trade commodity structure between the Czech Republic and Russia from 2014 to 2022, energy imported by the Czech Republic from Russia accounts for the largest proportion. For Russia, the Czech Republic is also a major customer for energy products. However, during the six years of research（2014-2022）, frequent political conflicts and mutual economic pressure between the Czech Republic and Russia have indicated a shift in their political and economic relations, leading to increased tension. Following the Crimean crisis in 2014, the Czech Republic, along with the West, imposed sanctions on Russia, causing Czech-Russian political relations to plummet. Despite this, Czech-Russian trade began to increase year by year in 2016 and has continued to grow, highlighting a significant difference between their political and economic relations. From 2016 to 2022, trade relations were affected by several international events—the financial crisis, COVID-19 epidemic, and the Russia-Ukraine war—but despite facing significant challenges, Czech-Russian trade relations largely showed an upward trend, highlighting the unique phenomenon of “cold politics, hot economy”. In order to understand why there are such differences between the political and economic relations between the Czech Republic and Russia, this paper will focus on the trade relationship between the Czech Republic and Russia and the political and economic factors that affect their trade relations. We will not only use Czech-Russian trade volume data as the main research material, buy also supplement by the trade structures of the two countries and integrate various sources to demonstrate that the Czech-Russian trade relations during this period had irreplaceable aspects, thus exhibiting the unique phenomenon of “cold politics, hot economy”. And we will explore the future development trend of Czech-Russian relations by analyzing changes in the commodity structure of Czech-Russian trade and considering potential competitors that may affect For Russia, the Czech Republic is also a major customer for energy products. However, during the six years of research（2014-2022）, frequent political conflicts and mutual economic pressure between the Czech Republic and Russia have indicated a shift in their political and economic relations, leading to increased tension. Following the Crimean crisis in 2014, the Czech Republic, along with the West, imposed sanctions on Russia, causing Czech-Russian political relations to plummet. Despite this, Czech-Russian trade began to increase year by year in 2016 and has continued to grow, highlighting a significant difference between their political and economic relations. From 2016 to 2022, trade relations were affected by several international events—the financial crisis, COVID-19 epidemic, and the Russia-Ukraine war—but despite facing significant challenges, Czech-Russian trade relations largely showed an upward trend, highlighting the unique phenomenon of “cold politics, hot economy”. In order to understand why there are such differences between the political and economic relations between the Czech Republic and Russia, this paper will focus on the trade relationship between the Czech Republic and Russia and the political and economic factors that affect their trade relations. We will not only use Czech-Russian trade volume data as the main research material, buy also supplement by the trade structures of the two countries and integrate various sources to demonstrate that the Czech-Russian trade relations during this period had irreplaceable aspects, thus exhibiting the unique phenomenon of “cold politics, hot economy”. And we will explore the future development trend of Czech-Russian relations by analyzing changes in the commodity structure of Czech-Russian trade and considering potential competitors that may affect
