| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文探討新不二論（Neo-Advaita）與現代禪宗在現代性影響下的交互作用，並分析其如何共同形塑當代靈性運動。本文首先從禪宗之如來藏思想與不二論吠檀多思想中的真我概念進行比較分析，進而透過對當代新不二論與現代禪宗的歷史發展，結合現代性中個人主義、世俗化與全球化的分析，討論當代學者對現代主體性與宗教變遷的理論洞見，來闡明新不二論與現代禪這兩種傳統如何在現代脈絡中相互滲透、轉化，最終融合為一種去宗教化、心理化、經驗導向的靈性實踐。最後透過對阿迪亞香提（Adyashanti）、斯皮拉（Rupert Spira）、鮑地安（Stephen Bodian）與帕森斯（Tony Parsons）等當代靈性導師的案例研究，本文展示當代表述如何重塑靈性場域與主體性實踐，進而回應現代人對意義、自由與療癒的追尋。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This paper explores the interaction between Neo-Advaita and modern Zen under the influence of modernity, and analyzes how they jointly shape the contemporary spiritual movement. This paper first compares the Zen concept of Tathāgatagarbha and the concept of true self in Advaita Vedanta. Then, through the historical development of contemporary Neo-Advaita and modern Zen, combined with the analysis of individualism, secularization and globalization in modernity, it discusses the theoretical insights of contemporary scholars into modern subjectivity and religious changes, and explains how these two traditions of Neo-Advaita and modern Zen penetrate and transform each other in the modern context, and finally merge into a de-religious, psychological, and experience -oriented spiritual practice. Finally, through case studies of contemporary spiritual teachers such as Adyashanti, Rupert Spira, Stephen Bodian and Tony Parsons, this paper shows how contemporary representations reshape the spiritual field and subjective practice, and thus respond to modern people’s pursuit of meaning, freedom and healing. | |
