| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文探討AI趨勢下跨領域資料應用的資料治理，指出AI發展對資料品質與可信度要求提高，需仰賴完善的資料治理。文中歸納跨領域、政府機關資料使用者的五大痛點，並據以提出對我國研擬中的「資料創新利用發展條例」的三項期待：建立跨機關資料治理生態系、擴展現有政府資料開放組織為「資料治理委員會」、以及調適法規並授權特定公益非營利使用，旨在藉由充實資料治理基磐，確保AI產出品質並推動數位轉型。 | |
