| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本件研究計畫的預期貢獻有三：第一，預計透過理論以及實務確立分析以國際貿易規範與女性經濟平權與賦權之衝突，期待有助於對我國相關主管機關設計促進女性經濟賦權制度有所助益；第二，期能提出自由貿易協定對於女性經濟平權與賦權之理想模型，以作為將來談判之建議；第三，期能以研究成果協助我國主管機關，理解國際上對於包容性貿易之概念，特別是性別平權之保障，對於國際貿易規範發展之影響，以因應將來國際貿易法規之新風貌。 | |
