| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 知識經濟時代下，智慧資本已躍升為企業競爭力的重要來源之一，但也因而伴隨 如何決定所需加強蓄積之智慧資本以及如何設計適切之智慧資本管理控制系統問題 的產生。然而至目前為止，對我國企業的重要智慧資本及其管理進行整合且具體性探 討之研究並不多，將其進一步結合考量經營環境者更是缺乏。伴隨智慧資本之日益重 要，實有必要對這些議題多加重視。此對產業結構轉為以強調技術導向之我國企業而 言，更趨重要，攸關國家未來長期發展。 本計畫之目的即以我國企業為對象，採取個案研究法，深入探討需加強蓄積之智 慧資本以及智慧資本管控系統之具體實施情形，且進而研究其與經營環境（策略及產 業特性）間的關係。除了蒐集彙整相關的文獻與資料外，並對個案公司相關人員進行 實地訪談。同時透過文獻彙整、實地訪談及深入分析探討的方式，確實掌握我國企業 智慧資本管理之機制與問題，並嘗試建構反映經營環境、重要智慧資本與智慧資本管 控系統間關係的架構，進而提出結論與建議，俾補充相關理論探討及助國內產業界有 效管理與提昇競爭力。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In the knowledge-based economy age, intellectual capital has become one of the important sources of the business competitiveness. However, the problem that how to decide what intellectual capital should be accumulated and how to design the appropriate intellectual capital management control system is accompanied. But up to now, the researches which have concretely investigated important intellectual capital and intellectual capital management mechanism of our domestic companies are very few. The researches that have further considered business environment are more deficient. As intellectual capital becomes more important, it is necessary to pay more attentions to those issues. For our country that industrial structure is changing to emphasizing technology-driven, intellectual capital management becomes more important, and is relevant to the future long-term development of our country. The purpose of this research project is to explore the intellectual capital that should be accumulated and concrete intellectual capital management control system. The relationship among business environment (strategy and industrial characteristic), important intellectual capital, and intellectual capital management control system will also be investigated. The case study method with our domestic companies as objects of investigation will be adopted. Besides all the related papers will be surveyed, field interviews with related personnel of the case companies will be implemented. By the ways of literature surveys, field interviews and deep analyses, intellectual capital management mechanism and related problems of our domestic companies will be comprehended, and the framework that reflects the relationship among business environment, important intellectual capital, and intellectual capital management control system can be developed. The conclusions and suggestions will also be proposed. The research results will be helpful for complementing the related theoretical exploration and helping our domestic enterprises to improve management and promote their competitiveness. | |
