| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫的貢獻主要在學術及經濟上。學術貢獻上，本研究是第一個從適應性結構理論的角度研究供應鏈韌性及討論組織雙元性對供應鏈彈性的影響。另外還研究組織複雜性和環境不確定性對的調節作用。經濟上，類似星冠肺炎的事件將再次發生，台灣的公司應該做好準備。這項研究的結果可以為公司提供建立供應鏈韌性的建議和指南。 | |
