| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 此計畫企圖以一般攻擊模式之觀點，釐清師父知覺徒弟威脅之後果與調節因子。此計畫將透過兩個時間點進行資料收集，了解師父知覺來自徒弟之升遷威脅，是否與師父提供徒弟的師徒支持有負向關係、以及此威脅是否與負向師徒行為有正向關係。此外，此研究也將了解師父競爭人格以及社會支配傾向是否加劇前述關係。最後，此研究也將一併探討研究結果的的理論與管理意涵。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Using the general aggression model (GAM, Anderson & Bushman, 2002) as the foundation, this research proposal aims to understand the antecedents and consequences of mentors’ perceived organizational threat from protégés. Specifically, this project will explore the potential consequences of mentors’ perceived organizational threat from protégés. Furthermore, the potential moderating effects of mentor trait competitiveness and social dominance orientation will also be examined. The theoretical and managerial implications will be discussed. | |
