| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 創業精神與作業管理相結合的研究領域，在近日吸引了愈來愈多學界與實務界人士的注意。此次的計晝書，將針對此一趨勢來特別針對創業家的採購決定來做探究。同時此創業家在兩階的供應鏈上扮演的是供應商的角色來做研究。於大家廣泛所知，創業家越來越喜歡採用買家可部分採購此決策來供貨給下游買家。在此兩階供應鏈上，新產品的市場需求將依據此買家向創業家所採買的數量來決定。而創業家所提供的商品有缺貨的危機。在實際案例中，很多買家會藉由創業家的新技術來探索新的商機進而增加商品的銷售。依照買家可部分採買或是必需只能跟此一創業家採買此兩個情境，並藉由兩階段的賽局遊戲，我們分析創業家提供給下游買家的最佳供貨數量。同時，本計晝未來也計晝運用另一種數學模型:多期動態規劃，來對此一議題，提供不同面相的分析，期能暸解創業家在多期的過程中，應如何供貨給下游買家。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The interface between entrepreneurship and operations attract practitioners and scholars’ attention in recent years. This proposal follows this trend to explore the sourcing issue for an entrepreneur, a supplier in a two-stage supply chain. As known, entrepreneurs increasingly involves in partial sourcing that has become a widespread supply chain configuration in today’s rapidly changing, extremely competitive global markets. In a two-stage supply chain, we consider the potential market size of a new product whose demand can be manipulated by downstream buyers’ order quantity which is supplied by an entrepreneur, a supplier in supply chain who may not have sufficient capacity to meet the demand from buyers. Such practice utilizes entrepreneurial suppliers’ technology knowhow to exploit business opportunities with deliberate sourcing decisions in an attempt to stimulate a new product’s demand, i.e., order-induced effect. We derive the entrepreneur’s optimal order quantities, received from the buyers, under complete sourcing and partial sourcing based on a two-stage game structure, and then show that a revenue-sharing agreement coordinates the supply chains.
In addition, this proposal will not limit our research based on the two-stage game structure. We will extend to adopt another technique, dynamic programming with finite horizon, to develop models for an entrepreneur, aiming at understanding the entrepreneur’s order structure in a multiple-periods scenario. | |
