摘要 根據網路趨勢『2019 Internet Report』指出，推動電子商務成長主要動力為"推薦"，例如明星或是網紅的推薦。透過社群平台的推薦進而促成線上交易，稱之為社群電商。推薦者之所以願意推薦的誘因是可以獲得導購分潤，亦即被推薦者完成一筆訂單後，推薦者可以賺取該筆訂單的部分金額作為報酬。現行社群電商的問題在於資訊不透明，所有的線上交易資料都掌握在品牌端，推薦者無法即時查詢交易資訊，也無法查核資料的正確性。於是乎沂動行銷股份有限公司成立了 SOOCKER。SOOCKER為一站式社群電商雲端服務，協助品牌主快速找到合適的推薦者，被推薦者可快速透過一頁式電商網站完成線上交易，以及推薦者可以隨時查詢交易資訊。SOOCKER 自成立以來，已累積了 300 位推薦者，以及近40 個品牌合作，每月的導購活動達數十筆。目前SOOCKER平台支付導購分潤是由平台每月支付一次，雖較傳統導購活動結束後二至三個月才可以獲得分潤金額，時間加速了一倍，但並非即時。若可以做到即時分潤，對於推薦者的誘因將更大。但要做到即時分潤的前提是必須確保分潤金額的正確性以及支付的可靠性。因此，SOOCKER 希望藉由此計畫的研發，導入區塊鏈技術，利用區塊鏈的不可竄改與智能合約功能，達到：1. 準確與透明：將每筆交易的分潤金額紀錄到區塊鏈上，提升透明度。2. 分潤金額的支付驗證：銀行收到支付指令後，透過區塊鏈的節點判斷交易是否存在。以確保執行支付的正確與可靠執行。3. 以區塊鏈的請款以及支付確認取代傳統的人工勞務報酬單處理。完成後，不僅可以協助 SOOCKER 大幅改善營運效能，還可以提升業務績效。
According to the Internet trend "2019 Internet Report", the main driving force for e-commerce growth is "recommendation", such as the recommendation of stars or net red. The recommendation of the social platform leads to online transactions, called community e-commerce. The reason why the recommender is willing to recommend is to obtain the shopping guide, that is, after the referee completes an order, the recommender can earn part of the amount of the order as compensation.The problem with the current social e-commerce is that the information is opaque, all online transaction data is in the brand end, the recommender can not immediately query the transaction information, and can not check the correctness of the information. SOOCKER is established to address these issues. SOCCKER is a one-stop social e-commerce cloud service that helps brand owners quickly find the right recommenders. The referees can quickly complete online transactions through a one-page e-commerce website, and the recommenders can check transaction information anytime, anywhere. Since its inception, SOOCKER has accumulated 300 recommenders and nearly 40 brand partnerships, with dozens of monthly shopping guides.At present, the practice of paying for shopping guides on the SOOCKER platform is paid once a month by the platform. Although the amount of the split is only two to three months after the end of the traditional shopping guide, the time is doubled, not instantaneous. However, if you can do instant distribution, we believe that the incentives for the recommenders are greater. Yet the prerequisite for the platform to be instant-shared is to ensure the correctness of the amount of the distribution and the reliability of the payment. Therefore, SOOCKER hopes to use the development of this project, introduce blockchain technology, and use the blockchain's non-tamperable function to achieve the following three functions.1. Record the amount of each transaction separately. Record the amount of each transaction's distribution into the blockchain.2. Verification of payment for the amount of the split. After the bank receives the payment instruction, it first determines whether the transaction exists through the network connection of the nodes in the blockchain. If it does not exist, the payment cannot be performed.3. Replace the traditional labor remuneration order with the blockchain payment and payment confirmation
