| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在環境變遷與科技發展之下，社會與產業呈現高齡化、智慧化、行動化、個人化與區域化等趨勢。 而科技政策的重點之一，即為協助產業與人民根據時代變遷和内外部環境的變化進行調整，以適 應經濟、社會、科技、人口、資源、環境等變化。而在產業發展與創新創業的過程中，「產學合 作」是大學將創新研發成果貢獻於社會的途徑之一，校方與企業在進行合作研發、知識創造以及 技術商品化的互動中，各自提供所長而獲得所需，並且累積創新能耐。近年來產學合作的重要性 逐漸受到重視，許多專家學者甚至認為「產學合作」是影響國家競爭力的關鍵因素之一。企業若 能有效地與學界進行相關合作，會對其營運發展與技術創新產生產生助益。
於此，本計晝將從整合的角度加以省思與規劃，針對創新創業、產業/區域創新、以及服務創新 等主題持續深入研究，並加強探討產學合作於各議題中的角色與重要性，進而提出與政策相關的 議題。例如：在全球技術、市場、資金、人才迅速移動的新常態下，相對在地的大學應如何發揮 特色，和什麼產業如何合作，創造出不易被取代的競爭優勢？期能透過本研究提出有益於我國創 新體系發展與全國科技會議所需的嶄新議題，進而規劃選擇適合我國發展之政策方向以及政策目 標，真正能對產業與社會有所助益。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Under the environmental change and technological development, it comes the aging population and low birthrate. The industry and society have to face the trends and great challenges of intellectualization、 personalization、localization and Internet of Things (IoT). One significant function of science & technology policies is to support the industry and the people of the changing era to adapt to internal and external variation of economic, social, science and technology, population, resources, environment et cetera.
In the process of entrepreneurship and innovation in industrial development, “industry-university collaboration” is a key mechanism for universities to introduce their innovation and R&D results into industrial applications. During the interaction period of cooperative research and development, knowledge creation and commercialization, universities and enterprises may provide their advantages and cumulate innovation capability respectively. In recent years, the importance of industry-university cooperation gradually acquires attention, and many scholars had consider that industry-university cooperation may improve the national competitiveness. If industry-university cooperation works effectively, it may have great contribution for business operation, technological development and innovation.
This research project will adopt the integrating perspective of industry-university cooperation in three issues of ＂innovation based entrepreneurship＂, ＂industrial/ regional innovation＂ and ＂service innovation＂. We expect to explore the role and the importance of industry-university cooperation in various issues and provide recommendation forward science & technology policy. Furthermore, the results of this investigation may bring up the significant viewpoints for the government, industry and society to embrace the New Normal in the Present Age. | - |
