| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究考量到與第十次全國科技會議與新政府「5+2」/「5+3」計畫的連結，106 年度計畫預計針對「打造創新創業之友善環境與發展機制」、「產業創新（包括：「推動區域創新經濟」、「產學合作科技計畫專利分析」）」與「強化服務創新體系之科技政策」等三大領域，進行深入的研究。希望透過研究的結果能夠提供一些政策上的建議。在創業方面的研究上，本研究將側重在國內外創業相關的環境（例如：人才、法規、資金、智財、制度等等）進行探討。產業創新方面，本研究除了將擴大有關產學合作科技計畫範疇的專利分析審查（科技影響力）之外，也將針對我國發展區域創新系統的機制與挑戰，進行瞭解並找出部份的解決辦法。在服務創新方面，一方面將延續有關智慧生活科技運用計畫(i236)之研究，從大學研究機構方，擴大到產業方的研究。另一方面，也將就新科技（物聯網、雲端運算、大數據等）與需求對發展服務創新的影響，進行深入的探討。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This research is based on the consideration of connection with the Tenth National Science and Technology Conference and the new government's "5 + 2" / "5 + 3" industry program. In year 106, this project will focus on three main themes which are “Building a Friendly Environment and Development Mechanism for Innovation-Based Entrepreneurship”, “Exploring Industrial Innovations including 「Promoting the Regional Innovation System」and「Evaluation Method of Technology's Impact of the Governmental Major Science and Technology Projects」” as well as “Strengthening the Science and Technology Policy of the Service Innovation System”. We will provide policy recommendations through in-depth research methods. In term of the research on entrepreneurship, we will pay attention on the investigation of domestic entrepreneurial environment (such as talent, regulations, capital, intellectual property, institution etc.). In the research of industrial innovation, this project will expand the scope from patent analysis review of university-industry collaboration projects to the technology impact of Governmental Major Science and Technology Projects. Furthermore, we will comprehend the mechanisms and challenges of developing regional innovation systems in Taiwan and provide the appropriate suggestions and solutions on science and technology policies. In the area of service innovation, we will continue the investigations of “i236 smart living technology application project” and we will expand the scope of research from the university level to the industrial level. In addition, will focus on the new technology (Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, etc.) and the impact of demand on the development of service innovation to analyze and discuss in-dept. | |
