| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 工業4.0的發展上牽涉到「多國/跨國」、「多重新科技」、「多功能議題」等極為複雜的發展，本研究把工業4.0這樣的典範轉移，視為一個非常複雜的跨國超典範創新(Super-paradigmatic Innovation)。它除了一般創新談到的不確定性之外，還牽涉到高度重要性（因而甚至還會牽涉到各國的競合）。因此，本研究的四個主要研究問題包括：1. 各國在工業4.0超典範創新下之政策與體系上的發展過程分別為何？2. 各國在工業4.0超典範創新下之學習的過程與方式分別為何？3. 各國間在工業4.0超典範創新上的競合情形為何？4. 工業4.0超典範創新的發展經驗，對於政策上與企業因應發展上的意涵為何？ | |
