| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 創業生態系統可視為創業家在創業過程中與當地環境之間的互動關係，它是一個重要的概念框架，並是促進地區經濟發展的重要政策工具。然而，文獻對創業生態系統的理解非常有限，僅侷限於對過去成功生態系統的觀察，而非基於嚴謹的社會科學研究。過去創業生態系統的研究亦缺乏強而有力的理論基礎，因而降低了創業生態系統的普遍性和政策應用性。延伸前次(105-106年度)科技部專題研究計畫，本研究提案從巨觀的角度持續拼接了解創業家與創業生態系統之間的互動關係。本研究將建構一個全面的創業生態系統架構，分析細部的構成與相互影響機制，並了解如何形塑生態系統獨特的型態。此外，藉由研究跨國創業生態系統間的差異，以及創業家如何與該生態系統互動共創的歷程，以打造適合臺灣的創業生態體系與政策。基於以上研究目的，本研究提出為期三年之研究計畫，結合質性與量化方法進行深入的研究。於第一年進行探索性研究，建構創業生態系統的共通架構，並探索系統內各因子的相依關係；並於第二年與第三年透過移地研究實施量化調查與質化分析，發展一個全面的理論架構。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Entrepreneurial ecosystem can be regarded as an interactive relationship between entrepreneurs and the local environment. It is an important conceptual framework and an important policy tool to promote regional economic development. However, the current literature has a very limited understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and is limited to the observations of successful ecosystems of the past, rather than based on rigorous social science research. The previous research of entrepreneurial ecosystem lacks a strong theoretical basis, thus reducing its generality and the applicability to the policies.Extending from previous research project of the Ministry of Science and Technology (2016-2018), this research proposal, from macro aspect, continued to build up a wilder understanding on the interactive relationship between entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This study will build a comprehensive entrepreneurial ecosystem structure, and to understand its composition and interacting mechanisms that shapes a unique ecosystem. In addition, by understanding the differences between multinational entrepreneurial ecosystems and how the local entrepreneurs are interacting with the ecosystem, we will propose an entrepreneurship policies that are suitable for Taiwan.To achieve the above objectives, a three-year research scheme is proposed, combining the qualitative and quantitative methods, to conduct an in-depth study. In the first year, an exploratory research will be conducted to construct a unified framework of entrepreneurial ecosystems and explore the interdependence of various factors in the system. In the second and third years, with the aboard field study, a combination of quantitative and qualitative studies will be conducted, and a comprehensive theoretical framework is expected to be developed. | |
