| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 過去台灣在文創園區的研究多以「由上而下」的園區，即由政府主導或出資形成，雖然已發展出多個特色園區，但在經營上有其限制。而近期因應地方創生政策而興起了地方自主形成的創意群聚，雖然與典型文創園區概念有所不同，但這種「由下而上」的群聚有著公部門欠缺的彈性、自主性以及永續性，這類型的創意群聚在概念上更貼近產業群聚之目的，如何串連上下資源、活化地方以及打造創意氛圍之歷程，形成良好的創意循環，創造地方獨特的價值和特色，並永續發展，在學術上更值得探究。而本研究嘗試結合創意群聚與智慧資本的理論及實務探討，盼能提供未來不論是中央政府或是地方政府在協助文創園區或創意群聚發展上之參考。 | |
