| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫探索外籍教授在台經驗。在社會與經濟影響性方面，研究發現將可協助外籍教授在台的學術發展與生活適應，並做為台灣高等教育攬才留才策略參考。此外，由於外籍教授將他們所經歷過的各國高等教育第一手資訊帶進台灣，我們對全球高等教育有更深的理解，有助於台灣提升高等教育品質。在學術影響性方面，由於目前國內外對外籍教授的研究皆十分有限，本計畫發現將可協助填補文獻中的這項缺口。 | |
