| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 探討當代的靈性、療癒與修行，當代宗教學者已經發現，「靈性而非宗教」已成為當代人內在追尋的趨勢，人們不再完全歸屬於傳統宗教，在傳統宗教制度之下尋求救贖，選擇「靈性」作為自我成長、療癒的道路。「靈性」結合當代的日常生活，在內在性與超越性兩方面，達到自我成長、自我完善、自我超越，趨向完美的過程，包括神聖體悟、超驗經驗、身心靈療癒等等層面。如何界定靈性，已經成為宗教研究的新議題。本文試圖從當代宗教學者、社會學學者、心理學學者的研究中試圖去界定靈性，並提出靈性領域已成為當代宗教研究的新視野，吾人須關注靈性的研究，並認知如何從靈性的觀點，去探究當代人的精神生活。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Exploring contemporary spirituality, healing and practice, contemporary religious scholars have discovered that "spiritual but not religious" (SBNR) has become a trend of contemporary people's inner pursuit. People no longer completely belong to traditional religions, seek salvation under traditional religious systems, and choose "spirituality" as a path for self-growth and healing. "Spirituality" combines contemporary daily life, and achieves self-growth, self-improvement, self-transcendence, and the process of perfection in both internality and transcendence, including sacred realization, transcendental experience, body, mind and soul healing, etc. How to define spirituality has become a new topic in religious studies. This article attempts to define spirituality from the research of contemporary religious scholars, sociologists, and psychologists, and proposes that the field of spirituality has become a new perspective for contemporary religious studies. We must pay attention to the study of spirituality and recognize how to explore the spiritual life of contemporary people from a spiritual perspective. | |
