題名 新聞查證實踐的現在與未來

collaborative verification; digital tools; discourse; evidence; verification method; news verification; practice; social media日期 2020-04 上傳時間 30-Jul-2026 10:12:39 (UTC+8) 摘要 查證為新聞專業之根本，可惜國内相關研究多視其為新聞產製的一小部分， 專文分析新聞查證的研究甚少。然而，數位、網路科技的發展不但為新聞查證帶 來挑戰，也帶來契機。查證成為未來新聞增值的核心所在，更讓新聞查證的實踐 與未來發展成為當代重要的研究課題。本計畫研究新聞查證實踐，包含新聞工作 者面臨之情境如何影響其查證決策、偏好的證據類型、採取的查證方法與工具、 向不同消息來源查證何種類型資訊、查證策略，以及如何在報導中透過論述技術 型塑新聞證據價值。本計畫以三年為期，第一年從傳統新聞工作者角度出發，採 深度訪談法輔以文本分析，探析國内記者之查證實踐，尤重個人觀察、訪問及文 件檢索三種基本查證方法。第二年從網路新聞工作者角度出發，採觀察、訪談與 文本分析法，探究網路記者與編輯偏好的網路消息來源類型、盤點查證工具，分 析其查證決定、方法及論述策略。第三年從新聞組織角度出發，綜合前兩年研究 成果，同時訪談新聞部主管與專家學者，目標有二：一是研究新聞組織如何實踐 新聞查證，二是發展未來新聞查證規範、分工、程序，以及形塑證據價值的新論 述策略。
Verification is the essence of journalism, but in Taiwan, there is little academic research focusing on news verification. However, the influence of internet technologies on news production challenges journalistic verification practices and urges more discussion and research on news verification. It is the verification that journalism as a profession can add value to news. This study aims to analyze journalistic verification practices including how journalists decide to verify or not in the news context, what kind of evidence journalists prefer, which methods and tools journalists choose to use, what verification strategies journalists develop, and what discourse techniques journalists employ to establish evidence in a news story. A three-year project is proposed as follows. In the first year, through in-depth interviews with traditional reporters and text analysis, this study analyzes journalists’ verification practices, especially the use of three basic methods including observation, interviews, and documents. In the second year, through text analysis, observation and in-depth interviews with online journalists and social media editors, this study explores what online sources they prefer, what verification tools they use, how they verify online information, and what discourse strategies they employ to make a justified story.
