dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在醫療市場中,醫病關係普遍存在知識不對稱的特性,致使醫師在醫療服務利用上,具有關鍵性地位,而病人的消費者主權則屢受限制。醫師除了扮演一般供給者的角色外,也同時扮演病人代理人的角色,使得醫生的勞動供給決策格外複雜。本文目的即在探討醫病關係下醫師可能的診療行為模式,以及在不同行為模式下的醫療服務供給情形,期藉由經濟理論模型的建立,提供未來全民健康保險政策規劃參考。 In the health care market, the asymmetry of knowledge generally exists between the patients and physicians. While the physicians have the dominant influence over health service utilization, the consumer sovereignty of patients becomes limited. Because of their double role as normal suppliers and agents for the patients, the physicians might have a complicated decision regarding their supply of services. The aim of this paper is to investigate the possible behavior models of physicians within the framework of patient-physician relationship and the supply of physician services under different behavior models. It is hoped to offer insights for the planning of health insurance policy through the construction of theoretical models in economics. | - |
