| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 禁止化學武器公約是裁軍史上的一個極重要公約。禁止化學武器公約簽訂於一九九三年一月，於一九九七年四月廿九日正式生效實施。這一公約的條款共計廿四條、三個附錄，全長一百多頁。本文除敘述該公約的重要性，先就其歷史背景和協商過程作評述。禁止化學武器公約的內容有一項特點而為其他裁軍條約所沒有的，即以相當的篇幅規範成立禁止化學武器公約組織。本文對該組織亦作詳細的評介。最後在本文結論中，筆者對該公約作展望分析。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The chemical weapons convention (CWC), which was signed on January 1993 and put into force on April 29, 1997, is one of the most important conventions in disarmament history. It has 24 articles, three Appendixes, and is over one hundred pages long. This article analyzes the CWC`s historical background and the negotiation process, as well as its importance. The CWC is distinguished from other disarmament treaties by its establishment of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which is also examined in detail in this article. In conclusion, the writer reviews the CWC`s outlook. | - |
