| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 當前國際政經情勢多元化的發展趨勢中，經濟因素獨立於軍事考量之外，已直接衝擊國家的發展與安危，經濟安全因而成為國家及區域安全研究的另一個分析焦點。本論文由概念研究方法切入，就國家政治經濟體質、國家安全考量及經濟安全政策目標等層面，將當前盛行的經濟安全概念，分別歸納為激進經濟安全、基礎經濟安全、地緣經濟安全三大類，並以東協、日本及美國為例，探討各概念在亞太地區的形成與演變。最後在此基礎上，探討亞太地區經濟合作與區域安全的關係。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Recent developments of global economic and political complexities have redefined national/regional security concerns. Economic concerns constitute threats to nation`s development and security with less regard to what has been emphasized in the conventional notion of military security. Economic security thus becomes and alternative analytical aspect of national/regional security. Given the distinctive features of national capacities, security concerns and policy goals of different countries will vary. This article divides economic security into three conceptual categories: radical economic security, basic economic security, and geo-economic security. These three concepts are illustrated through the three case studies of the-national security policies of ASEAN, Japan, and the United States. This article concludes by discussing relations between regional economic interdependence and regional security cooperation in order to stimulate future research focuses of economic security. | - |
