題名 Value Based Management and Strategic Planning in E-Business

摘要 Value creation has been considered as a central strategic task in e-business management while strategic planning has been noted as a critical step in e-business development. This paper aims at providing a conceptual approach for developing e-business models, identifying e-business values, and then directing subsequent value based strategic planning process according to the integrated e-business model framework. Value-related dimensions identified in this paper include market, supply chain, enterprise, product and service, and customer. Accordingly, value based e-business strategies to be planned include market strategy, supply chain/value chain strategy, organization strategy, product and service strategy, and customer strategy. Also discussed are value management functions and process.
