| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 無論中外，傳播媒體裡都會設置一個小型的圖書館，提供新聞從業人員儲存和檢索新聞相關檔案，通稱為「新聞資料室」。本文旨在探討新聞媒體資料室的歷史、組織、技術變遷以及未來人力資源的走向。隨著新聞媒體採納數位技術，資料室將走上虛擬化一途，資料室人員未來的工作內容也勢必隨之調整。 News libraries refer to the libraries owned by news organizations where journalists restore and retrieve the collection of news clips. This article reviews the past, the present and the future of news library. In the past, news libraries were regarded as ”morgue”. Many news libraries, however, are in transition to restructure itself as digital archive. The author argues that fate of librarians is set in limbo as the library moves toward a new identity. | - |
