題名 The interactive influences of three ecological systems on R & D personnel’s technological creativity 作者 葉玉珠
Yeh ,Yu-Chu日期 2004-03 上傳時間 2009-02-04 摘要 This study proposes the Ecological Systems Model of Creativity Development, which emphasizes the dynamic relationships among 4 ecological systems, each individually representing personal characteristics, the family and school experiences, organizational environment, and the social milieu. The findings here confirm the patterns of influence of the first 3 ecological systems-namely the microsystem, the mesosystem, and the exosystem-along with that of creative ability on information technology R & D staff across software and hardware companies. The findings fully support the proposed model and strongly suggest that the 3 ecological systems tested dynamically and interactively influence R & D employees` degree of technological creativity, although the patterns of influence vary somewhat across types of companies. 關聯 Creativity Research Journal,16(1),11-25 資料類型 article dc.creator (作者) 葉玉珠 zh_TW dc.creator (作者) Yeh ,Yu-Chu - dc.date (日期) 2004-03 en_US dc.date.accessioned 2009-02-04 - dc.date.available 2009-02-04 - dc.date.issued (上傳時間) 2009-02-04 - dc.identifier.uri (URI) https://nccur.lib.nccu.edu.tw/handle/140.119/28660 - dc.description.abstract (摘要) This study proposes the Ecological Systems Model of Creativity Development, which emphasizes the dynamic relationships among 4 ecological systems, each individually representing personal characteristics, the family and school experiences, organizational environment, and the social milieu.
