摘要	本研究主要在探討國家在全球化這個特定情境中角色的變化和政策作為的影響能力，因此在緒論中首先就全球化這個情靜坐出界定，但為使本研究不在此陷入爭辯全球化是否真的存在、發生的泥沼中，所以透過對各種不同領域內跨國流動的人、事、物的描述，來直接對目前耳熟能詳的全球化概念與以說明、論證，而這種以全球為範圍的社會變動帶來的是跨國社會空間的重整，也同時出現多元力量在結構中進行互動，這種互動可以經由三個社會生活領域進行追溯，它們是：（一）經濟：為貨物與有形服務的生產、交換、分配和消費所作的社會安排；（二）文化：為符號生產、交換和表達所做的社會安排；（三）政治：為權力的集中與應用所作的社會安排。而這三個領域的相對有效性也會隨著歷史和地理的不同改變，某領域內較有效的社會安排可能滲透並修正其他領域的安排。因此本研究將全球化社會變動中經濟、文化與政治三大領域作為分析的方向，並以市場力量、文化與公民社會的發展與影響分別作為研究主軸，探討國家在結構中的互動過程；而且社會變動的力量不僅存在於國家內部，同時也超越了國界，可以透過了解社會力量的分布與作用來解釋世界結構，社會力量既然可超越國界，就對國際政治產生影響力，包括對外交政策和決策過程，因此全球結構可說是國際的社會力量與國家內部社會力量間作用的結果；同時，各種的意識型態則是社會力量與權力形態相連結的環節。另外傳統國際關係中西發利亞式的認知在全球化的變動中遇到解釋上的侷限與挑戰，也提供了本研究進行的動機。本論文的第二章為文獻分析與基本概念：由於國際關係的研究產生了典範位移（paradigm shifting），這也衝擊到對傳統國家的角色的看法，分成兩種互相對立的觀點：一方指稱在經濟全球化的發展之下，主權國家的政治角色將逐漸衰弱式微；另一方則指稱為了因應經濟全球化所帶來的社會風險和競爭壓力，主權國家在未來的發展舞台上，仍將扮演相當重要且關鍵的政治角色。所以首先，本論文分別在經濟、文化、政治層面上針對當前與本論文有關的相關學術研究，作文獻的回顧與探討，以期有助於釐清本論文的研究基礎與方向。其次，對於幾個基本概念：「全球化社會變動」、「國家主權和自主性」以及「現代和後現代」作一界定，並試圖將其中的互動關係作一整理，繼之提出本論文在進行研究時是採取何種切入的觀點。第三章到第五章：依據本論文之研究途徑所述，依次討論全球化進程中的歷史變遷動力、全球化進程中的國內結構變化與全球化進程中的國際結構變化，每章皆僅扣著全球化社會變動中經濟、文化與政治三大領域作為分析的方向，並以市場力量、文化與公民社會的發展與影響分別作為代表三大領域的研究主軸，藉以探討與國家角色在結構中的互動過程。在每章末並附有本章小節，作為每章的結論。第六章為結論：對之前數章的研究結果作一總體性的陳述，提出本論文的研究成果，並檢視是否完成先前設定的研究目標，提出檢討與自我期許。

dc.description.abstract (摘要)	本研究主要在探討國家在全球化這個特定情境中角色的變化和政策作為的影響能力，因此在緒論中首先就全球化這個情靜坐出界定，但為使本研究不在此陷入爭辯全球化是否真的存在、發生的泥沼中，所以透過對各種不同領域內跨國流動的人、事、物的描述，來直接對目前耳熟能詳的全球化概念與以說明、論證，而這種以全球為範圍的社會變動帶來的是跨國社會空間的重整，也同時出現多元力量在結構中進行互動，這種互動可以經由三個社會生活領域進行追溯，它們是：（一）經濟：為貨物與有形服務的生產、交換、分配和消費所作的社會安排；（二）文化：為符號生產、交換和表達所做的社會安排；（三）政治：為權力的集中與應用所作的社會安排。而這三個領域的相對有效性也會隨著歷史和地理的不同改變，某領域內較有效的社會安排可能滲透並修正其他領域的安排。因此本研究將全球化社會變動中經濟、文化與政治三大領域作為分析的方向，並以市場力量、文化與公民社會的發展與影響分別作為研究主軸，探討國家在結構中的互動過程；而且社會變動的力量不僅存在於國家內部，同時也超越了國界，可以透過了解社會力量的分布與作用來解釋世界結構，社會力量既然可超越國界，就對國際政治產生影響力，包括對外交政策和決策過程，因此全球結構可說是國際的社會力量與國家內部社會力量間作用的結果；同時，各種的意識型態則是社會力量與權力形態相連結的環節。另外傳統國際關係中西發利亞式的認知在全球化的變動中遇到解釋上的侷限與挑戰，也提供了本研究進行的動機。本論文的第二章為文獻分析與基本概念：由於國際關係的研究產生了典範位移（paradigm shifting），這也衝擊到對傳統國家的角色的看法，分成兩種互相對立的觀點：一方指稱在經濟全球化的發展之下，主權國家的政治角色將逐漸衰弱式微；另一方則指稱為了因應經濟全球化所帶來的社會風險和競爭壓力，主權國家在未來的發展舞台上，仍將扮演相當重要且關鍵的政治角色。所以首先，本論文分別在經濟、文化、政治層面上針對當前與本論文有關的相關學術研究，作文獻的回顧與探討，以期有助於釐清本論文的研究基礎與方向。其次，對於幾個基本概念：「全球化社會變動」、「國家主權和自主性」以及「現代和後現代」作一界定，並試圖將其中的互動關係作一整理，繼之提出本論文在進行研究時是採取何種切入的觀點。第三章到第五章：依據本論文之研究途徑所述，依次討論全球化進程中的歷史變遷動力、全球化進程中的國內結構變化與全球化進程中的國際結構變化，每章皆僅扣著全球化社會變動中經濟、文化與政治三大領域作為分析的方向，並以市場力量、文化與公民社會的發展與影響分別作為代表三大領域的研究主軸，藉以探討與國家角色在結構中的互動過程。在每章末並附有本章小節，作為每章的結論。第六章為結論：對之前數章的研究結果作一總體性的陳述，提出本論文的研究成果，並檢視是否完成先前設定的研究目標，提出檢討與自我期許。	zh_TW
