dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究採取個人是在社會脈絡中產生自我建構的觀點,以被看重知覺對復原力的啟動為主題,瞭解其在高中生課業壓力與身心健康上的調節作用。研究方法以問卷調查法,針對大台北地區十五所公私立高中學生進行調查,共得到936份有效問卷,並以結構方程模式進行檢驗與分析。研究主要結果發現:1.青少年被看重知覺的結構,包含人際交流、忽略、重視和珍惜;2.青少年知覺到父母、導師和同學的看重,啟動其個人復原力且發揮作用,進而降低其課業壓力並增進其身心健康。建議從事青少年輔導人員可善用青少年身邊人際資源,以提升其青少年被其看重的知覺,使青少年有機會啟動自身的復原力。 | zh_TW |
