題名 由自我落差、自尊程度、自尊不穩定性探討青少年憂鬱與憤怒情緒

摘要 本研究旨在以自我落差自尊程度以及自尊不穩定性來探討青少年的憂鬱與憤怒情緒。採用問卷調查的方式,以天母國中一到三年級的學生為研究對象,共計247名,調查所得資料以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、階層迴歸以及二因子變異數分析等統計方法進行處理,研究之主要發現如下:
一、自我落差對憂鬱與憤怒的影響方面,正向評價落差能夠預測青少年的憂鬱情緒,負向評價落差能夠預測青少年的憂鬱與憤怒情緒。區分為不同評價來源後,自我-同儕負向評價落差、自我-父母正向評價落差能夠預測青少年的憂鬱情緒,自我父母負向評價落差能夠預測青少年的憤怒情緒。
二、就高自尊者而言,自我落差、自尊不穩定性的主要效果以及兩者的交互作用對於憂鬱與憤怒情緒皆無顯著的預測力。
三、就低自尊者而言,自我落差與自尊不穩定性之交互作用對於憂鬱情緒有顯著的預測力;自我落差情境對於憤怒情緒有顯著的預測性。
四、本研究結果顯示,以自我落差、自尊程度以及自尊不穩定性預測憂鬱與憤怒情緒時,自尊程度皆為最具預測力的變項。
本文最後針對所有研究結果進行討論,並根據研究結果提出可能的研究限制及對未來研究方向的建議。
The purpose of this research was to investigate adolescences’ depression and anger emotion from self-discrepancy, self-esteem and stability of self-esteem .Two hundred and forty-seven junior high school students completed three-stage questionnaires. Data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, two-way ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regression. The major findings were summarized as follows:First, positive-evaluation discrepancy could predict depression and negative-evaluation discrepancy could predict depression and anger. Second, according to different source of evaluation, both of self-classmate negative-evaluation discrepancy and self-parent positive-evaluation discrepancy had predictive effect to depression. On the other hand, self-parent negative-evaluation discrepancy could predict anger. Third, for high self-esteem individuals, all of the main effect of self-discrepancy and stability of self-esteem and the interaction of self-discrepancy and stability of self-esteem were no significance. Fourth, for low self-esteem individuals, stability of self-esteem could moderate the relation between self-discrepancy and depression. On the other hand, self-discrepancy could predict anger. Fifth, for all subjects, self -esteem is the best predictor of adolescences’ depression and anger.
According to the conclusions of the main findings, the author discussed the limitation of the present research, and made some suggestions for further study.
