| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | There have been five content-substantive amendments since the enactment of the Family Law of the R.O.C. Civil Code in 1930. Do these amendments affect other relevant regulations? In other words, do these amendments affect the existence meaning of these relevant provisions? These are all issues that deserve to be researched. The main points of this research program are thus as follows: (1) The background and history of the amendments of the Family Law of the R.O.C.
