| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 研究摘要本研究的主要目的在從「定位」的觀點，探究在「新聞事實」的建構過程中，新聞工作者以及新聞當事人如何定位自己、定位他人，爭取新聞事實的建構與詮釋權，並進一步探究此過程中的「權力」關係。本研究所說的「新聞事實」不是新聞媒體報導出來的新聞訊息，我們將「新聞事實」界定為「面對同樣的新聞事件，各種與此事件相關的事實版本」。我們認為，每件事情的發生，都會有伴隨此事件各式各樣的、眾說紛紜的「事實版本」出現，這些事實版本是關於事件的各種解釋，是關於事件的各種敘述。面對相同的現象，敘述者佔據的位置不同，便會建構出不同事實、看見不同的風貌。因此，新聞事實的建構植基於敘事者的觀點，不同的人，站在不同的位置，持有不同的觀點，會對新聞事件做不同的敘述，建構出不同的事實。任何的事實建構都是言者對自我的定位，或隱或顯、或有意或無意，事實建構是有立場和正在採取立場的，這個立場、位置決定人們看見什麼，這也正是本研究提出「定位」觀點作為探究新聞事實的主要原因。「定位」一詞強調的是人們在論述中的位置，而不是本質的存在，自我不是人們「擁有」的東西，而是透過權力建構與製造出來的東西。權力將人們引入某種秩序之中，權力安排與規定每個人的位置，將人們納入不同的範疇，賦予不同範疇的人不同的權利義務以及道德規範。因此，人們之所以會如此定位自己、定位別人，是因為社會中存有許多權力關係以及言說教導我們如此，這些權力關係建構我們對自我以及他者的想像。我們認為，每一個新聞事實的版本，都是從某一個位置、某一個立場出發，以往，客觀事實被視為獨立於人的，在建構事實的過程中必須與人以及主體無涉。與此不同，我們主張，一切的事實都是以人、以主體為中心，新聞事實是經由人的建構，人們從自我的立場與立足點出發，建構屬於自己的權力王國。本研究從「定位」以及「權力」觀點探究「新聞事實」的目的，是要彰顯新聞事實從來就不是事件的本身，敘述事情的人帶入自己的觀點，以及自己的意圖，把事件帶到他想要的方向。因此，新聞事實的建構是一種權力的競逐，事實的宣稱永遠來自於某些地方，也永遠為某些目的服務。事實是一個「權力的場域」，所有的證據，所有的論點都在一種競爭的狀態中，人們在其中選擇與排除不同的訊息，目的是在建構屬於自己的事實版本，爭取新聞事件的定義與詮釋權。 | zh_TW |
