| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本篇論文主要考慮在第一型設限下兩群二參數指數分配的推論問題。由於在給定失敗個數之下，第一型與第二型設限的概似函數相似，所以我們先探討第二型設限下指數分配的估計及多個母體是否相等的檢定，最後再推導出在第一型設限下，及兩個母體之尺度參數或位置參數是否相等的檢定統計量。 | zh_TW |
