dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 以實質選擇權的方法探討台灣消費性電子產業,在新產品開發過程中的決策點,期望能由其中歸納出適當可以簡易運用的模型供經理人員參考運用。更進ㄧ步藉由模型的結構化特性,以Lint & Penning的新產品開發程序(NPD)模型之結構,幫助經理人員分析各個考慮因素,對於最終決策的影響方向與影響程度加以量化,使經理人員在專案接近決策臨界點,比較模糊的狀況下,仍然能夠經由簡單的量化分析,做出正確的決策。 | zh_TW |
