摘要 本研究欲達成之主要目的為研究旅館業之人力資源彈性運用與管理之特性和相關問題。

本研究主要以深度訪談法進行,分別針對A、B、C三大旅館之人力資源部門主管進行深度訪談。訪談內容包括人力資源彈性運用與人力資源管理實務等相關議題。

經由相關文獻與深度訪談之分析,在人力資源彈性運用部份發現運用部份工時與外包人力之人力來解決旅館淡、旺季資人力不足為旅館業之特殊結構性,即重視數量及功能上的彈性運用。而人力資源管理面,均因旅館之經營型態而稍有差異,則以勞動基準法為準則在勞動條件上並無優於勞動基準法。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 本研究欲達成之主要目的為研究旅館業之人力資源彈性運用與管理之特性和相關問題。

本研究主要以深度訪談法進行,分別針對A、B、C三大旅館之人力資源部門主管進行深度訪談。訪談內容包括人力資源彈性運用與人力資源管理實務等相關議題。

經由相關文獻與深度訪談之分析,在人力資源彈性運用部份發現運用部份工時與外包人力之人力來解決旅館淡、旺季資人力不足為旅館業之特殊結構性,即重視數量及功能上的彈性運用。而人力資源管理面,均因旅館之經營型態而稍有差異,則以勞動基準法為準則在勞動條件上並無優於勞動基準法。
