dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Cloud Computing has become a hot topic in Information Technology (IT) industry recently. This business plan will cover an overview of Cloud Computing Service with attributes and service categories. It also includes some concerns that were raised by experts. Industry analysis thinks it will be the next big thing. IT industry will soon be transformed by this evolution. Author has done some researches on the worldwide market acceptance on the idea of Cloud Computing Service. Specifically, Taiwan market is also evaluated since primary targeted customer is Taiwan SMB. After the market research is completed, SWOT analysis is done to identify strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat. Finally, four Cloud Services are created and customized to meet the needs of local market. Revenue forecast is proven the business is profitable. | en_US |
