| Summary | 企業通常必須與其它外部組織進行互動,以取得、發展並交換多元化的知識、信息和資源,因此,創新的企業並非獨立于社會之外,其創新的行為會受到制度(Institution)的影響.不同的區域可能存在著不同的制度,其下組織之創新行為與組織間的互動模式亦會有所不同.本論文的目的在於探討區域創新系統發展上的影響因素,主要的研究構面包括:(1)基礎建設層面-地方政府在財政或科技政策上的自主性;(2)制度層面-文化和學習;(3)組織與合作創新層面-以企業和其它組織之間的創新模式.本研究以日本、南韓、臺灣的三個區域創新系統個案來進行比較,最後提出一些初步的結果與政策上的意涵. This paper aims at exploring the factors influencing the development of regional innovation systems. This paper studies regional innovation systems from three dimensions: basic building dimension, institutional dimension, and organization and cooperation innovation. Based on comparison among Taiwan, Japan and Korea, this paper puts forward some elementary results and policy solutions. |
