| Summary | 專利權保護與產業發展息息相關。近年來，我國專利申請數量隨著台灣經濟成長而大幅增加。在這樣競爭激烈的環境中，專利權的取得與產業發展具有絕對的關聯性，如何有效的協助產業界運用專利權保護提升產業競爭優勢，是一項重要課題。本研究計劃透過問卷調查、座談會、國外個案實例做法、廣泛資料蒐集進行分析，進一步探討以下主題：1) 分析現行專利保護指標的適切性，建立產業界可茲長期應用且宜於分析產業發展之專利權保護指標，藉以有效協助產業界擬定投資、研發、產品銷售等策略。2) 建立可兼顧不同產業需求的專利審查策略及保護制度，以符合各產業的特性。3) 協助產業界擬定專利申請及管理策略模式，藉有限的資源使其發揮最大的競爭力。 The patent right protection is deeply related to the industrial development. Last few years, the number of patent application has been growing dramatically. How the industry benefits from the patent right protection and to promote the industrial competition strength is the most important issue.By conducting questionnaires, workshops, case studies and comparative analysis, the research project will study the following issues: 1) analyze the current patent protection indicator, build up the one can analyze the future industry development, and provide capable tool for industry to set up strategies in investment, R&D, products sales, etc. 2) build up the right patent exam system and the right patent protection system for the different industries, 3) support industries to build up the patent application and management system to develop the competence. |
