摘要 規劃輸出入動物檢疫訊息處理系統架構、評估輸出動植物檢疫證明書改版後成效，及規劃與我國重要貿易夥伴國檢疫電子訊息合作機制。1.完成輸出入動物檢疫系統資訊架構精進之規劃。 2.完成評估證明書改版後的操作方便性、列印的最佳化、使用統計、及執行效能等，以備後續改善的參考。 3.完成與我國重要貿易夥伴國檢疫訊息自動化交換機制之規劃。 There are three subjects to be studied in this project: 1.To study the framework of the centralized databases and Web-based systems in BAPHIQ and propose the plan. 2.To evaluate the revised certificate format and give the report. 3.To study the automatic exchange mechanism of the health inspection messages of our important trading partners.
