摘要 依據防檢局或防檢局委辦之單位財團法人資訊工業策進會(以下簡稱資策會)提出之資料報告，提供以下的專業研析與建議報告： (1) 修訂動植物檢疫證明書等XML標準訊息規範共二種， (2) 協助建立檢疫資料庫資料倉儲與備份SOP各乙種， (3) 協助建立檢疫資料訊息傳輸與PKI機制各乙種， (4) 協助建立檢疫系統資訊安全安全管理規劃乙種。 Based on the provided documents from BAPHIQ and III (Institute for Information Industry) in 2004, this project will offer the following suggestions and reports to BAPHIQ: (1) the revisions of 2 XML information exchange standards for quarantine certificate of animals and plants, (2) the SOPs for data warehousing and backup of quarantine database, (3) the mechanism of quarantine information transmission and PKI, and (4) the plan of information security management of quarantine information systems.
