| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文是利用1996及2003年國民健康局所提供之「台灣地區中老年身心社會生活狀況長期追蹤調查」第三次及第五次調查資料庫之50-56歲中老年人口樣本，並且利用多元羅吉特模型 (Multinomial Logit Model)，試圖去探討影響中老年人口提早退休之因素。 研究結果發現當性別為男性、教育程度越高之中老年人口、有退休金可領、職業類別為第二級產業等因素，在提早退休的決策上選擇提早退休的相對機率較高。年齡越高、婚姻狀態為有配偶等變數，在選擇提早退休的決策上，則是選擇繼續工作下去的相對機率較高。 | zh_TW |
