| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究旨在探討998年和2006年單親就業父母工作與家庭衝突情形，以及瞭解是否有性別差異，並探究影響單親就業父母工作與家庭衝突的重要因素及轉變。研究工具為行政院主計處1998年和2006年「臺灣地區社會發展趨勢調查訪問表-家庭生活」資料庫，並以1998年183位、2006年562位有工作、有未滿18歲未婚子女的單親父母為研究對象。主要研究結果如下：一、1998年和2006年工作-家庭衝突沒有差異；但家庭-工作衝突則2006年較1998年減緩。二、1998年單親父親之工作-家庭衝突高於單親母親；家庭-工作衝突則無性別差異。2006年單親父親之工作-家庭衝突高於單親母親；單親母親之家庭-工作衝突部分高於單親父親。三、1998年工作-家庭衝突影響因素為性別和工作身分，單親父親、雇主的工作-家庭衝突較高。家庭-工作衝突影響因素為個人年收入、工作身分、子女數和父母同住情形，自營作業者、有2名子女者，家庭-工作衝突較高，年收入80萬元以上、與母親同住或與父母雙方同住者，家庭-工作衝突較低。四、2006年工作-家庭衝突影響因素為性別、年齡、單親成因、在家活動時間，單親父親、未婚、離婚或分居者，工作-家庭衝突較高，年齡20歲以上-30歲和40歲以上-50歲者、在家活動時間愈長者，其工作-家庭衝突較低。家庭-工作衝突影響因素為年齡、最小子女年齡和父母同住情形，最小子女年齡在6歲以下者，家庭-工作衝突較高，年齡20歲以上-30歲、與母親同住或與父母雙方同住者，家庭-工作衝突較低。五、性別為兩年度相同的工作-家庭衝突影響因素，父母同住情形為兩年度相同的家庭-工作衝突影響因素，至於其他影響因素則可能隨著社會變遷、就業市場轉型與福利服務提供等原因而轉變。最後，依研究發現嘗試對政府部門、企業和單親家庭服務機構提出建議，供未來單親家庭政策和實務參考。關鍵詞：單親父母、就業、性別、工作-家庭衝突、家庭-工作衝突 | zh_TW |
