題名 DISC人格、人際角色與團隊績效的探討-以AMBA團隊經營課程為例

摘要 在現代社會,不管是在產業、政府或是教育機構,皆仰賴團隊其組織運作的效率,沒有效率的團隊浪費組織資源、無法達到預期績效、工作必頇重新設計及延長對市場的反應時間(Ross,nbsp,2008),大部分的人認為以團隊的方式增加生產力是簡單的方式,而且大部分的管理者相信,團隊對於部門及公司的成功是重要的(Dyer & Dyer,1987)。團隊組成中最常被拿來探討的尌是人格特質,因此,本研究將以政治大學專業管理學院(AMBA)參與團隊經營課程的同學為對象,從個人、團隊的角度,探討高績效團隊的組成與團隊互動過程對績效的影響,以及 DISC中的人際角色對於團隊績效的影響。
