題名 由「聖人」看荀子的「知禮義」與「虛壹靜」

摘要 題目:由「聖人」看荀子的「知?義」與「虛壹靜」本研究要探討的問題是:為何荀子認為「認知?義」一定要作「虛壹靜」的工夫?這看似?是個值得研究的問題,因荀子在〈解蔽篇〉似已明白地?:因「心」有「蔽」,而「虛壹靜」就是祛「心之蔽」的工夫。但?我們注意到,荀子只在涉及「心如何能知?義?」時,才提到「虛壹靜」的工夫,則問題就?是那麼簡單?。那表示:?同於認知其它的事物或事?,在認知?義上,作此工夫有它的特殊必要性。但,為何知?義特別需要心作虛壹靜之工夫?這關係到「認知?義」時,有甚麼妨害「心」對「?義」之認知的。這些毛病和具體地認知?義有?麼關係?尤其就「壹」是「?以夫一害此一」??,?存有此問題:所知的事物?互相妨礙,如何稱為「壹」?和「知?義」又有何關係?問題,基本上,應該分由?方面?探討。一是,對荀子?講,認知?義要認知到何程?才算認知?義?另一則是虛、壹、靜,具體?實下?講,如何使人認知?義?這?個問題是相關的,而且解決的關鍵及其所含而為一般學者所忽?的特殊意義,都和荀子所?解的「為學之最終目的」,即「聖人」,有關。本研究將扣緊「聖人」一概??解決這些問題,並指出心「知?義」到「??義」間的必然性乃靠「虛一靜」之功夫?保證。
The purpose of this research is to figure out why Hsuen Tze takes Hsi-Yi-Ching to be necessary for knowing Li-Yi. It seems not a problme worthywhile to inqury. For Hsuen Tze seems having offerred the answer in the chapter of Chai-pi. But if we notice that he mentions that only in the case of knowing Li-Yi, then it becomes not so. There is some special reasons for the necessity here. I will inquiry onto the problem from two respects. One is to figure out what he means by knowing Li-Yi, i.e there is some special reqiurment and in special sense. The other is to find out how Hsi-Yi-Ching concretly makes one really know Li-Yi and how it can quantee the necessity from knowing Li-Yi to practicing it. I will resolve the above problems by studying and analyzing concept of “sagehood” in HsuenTze.
