| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 蘇聯的建立與瓦解都是人類政治史上一個重要而特殊的案例。 1922年建立的蘇聯標誌著在資本主義國家的範式外，出現的一種新型態的政治範式，這種範式對西方資本主義式的民主典範提出另一種的觀點與模式，在主權實踐，民族自決，經濟體制，現代化等面向形成一種競爭性，進而造成國際體系的新架構。1992年，後蘇聯的瓦解重新布置了一個新的地緣政治圖像，並且留下迄今仍可見的影子：俄羅斯民主化過程中威權的陰影，中亞各國氏族政治體系的建立以及烏克蘭、喬治亞民主化過程中西方國家的關注等，在在都反映出這個事實。蘇聯建立在距今90年前，而瓦解迄今20年，正是再一次檢視蘇聯做為一個特別的政治歷史的時機。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The established and the collapsed of the Soviet Union both are important and specific case studies in political history. In 1922, the established Soviet Union marked terrain beyond the Capitalism that resulted in a brand new style of political sphere and induced another viewpoint and model to the Western Capitalism. Further, there formed competition in directions of sovereignty realization, self-determination of nations, economic system and modernization, then caused a new frame to international system. In 1992, the collapsed of the post Soviet rearranged a new geopolitical picture and made influences even for the present: an authority shadow in a process of Russia democratization, the established clans in Central Asia, and concerns about Ukraine and Georgia’ democratization from the eastern and western countries, all of the above are reflecting this fact. Since ninety years before, Soviet was established then disintegrated from twenty years before. This is the time to re-examine Soviet as a special case in political history. | en_US |
