| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在知識經濟的世紀，傳統的記帳方式不斷的受到挑戰，主要因為組織之 帳面價值已經無法充分反映市場價值，財富的創造必須仰賴無形資產之創造與 蓄積，無形資產與組織之智慧資本也因而成為維持競爭優勢之關鍵。近幾年來 歐美學者，探討智慧資本不遺餘力，除了越來越多學者投入相關研究之外，少 數學者也已將組織層級的智慧資本概念，推展至國家層級。 本計畫為總計畫「The study of intellectual Capital: OB/HRM perspective」 之「子計畫二」。此三年期計畫係延續個人上一期之研究，第一年將根據去年 之研究結果，再深入地探討四十個國家之人力資本、市場資本、流程資本、以 及更新資本對於財務資本之解釋力和不同組合之中介或干擾效果。第二年起將 進行組織層級之研究，特別著重以往學者較少探討的結構資本，第三年則著力 於組織之關係資本，期望經由深入之質性研究，提出初步的結構資本與關係資 本之理論模型，以作為後續研究之參考。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | With the growth in the knowledge-based economy, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the intangible assets of the firm and its "intellectual capital" are the keys to achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Conventional financial accounting methods and investment appraisal approaches are particularly challenged because, for the knowledge-based and technologically driven companies, wealth creation is a function of intangibles (Tayles, Bramley, Adshead & Farr, 2002). Based on the national level intellectual capital research results this researcher has just obtained (Lin & Lin, forthcoming), this project would like to deepen the national level study as well as the organizational level study. As such, this three-year project will cover both macro and micro intellectual capital issues. The first year research will focus on a continuous exploration on national intellectual capital; the second year will investigate the less-explored structural capital, and the third year will look into the relational capital. In general, the overall goal spanning all three years will be exploring the pertinent theories that explain the accumulation of macro level and micro level intellectual capital. | en_US |
