| Summary | 本研究之目的在於針對國家通訊傳播委員會行使有線電視基本頻道收視費用之審核，提出有關審查項目與標準之建議，以作為收視費用調整及審定之基準。本研究預期之成果如下：1.進行有線電視業者近幾年之成本結構及經營情況分析，俾作為收視費用審核之基礎。2.建構有線電視基本頻道收視費用審查項目及標準，以作為國家通訊傳播委員會未來審核、檢討及調整收視費用之重要參考。 The Purpose of this research project is to provide sugguestions to the National Communications Commission (NCC) regarding the review items and criteria for the cable TV basic chanels fees. The expected research results are (1) analyses of cable Tv operators` cost structures and operating conditions over the past few years and (2) suggestions to NCC with respect to the review items and criteria for cable TV basic chanels fees as a basis for its review and adjustment of such fees. |
