摘要 本研究之目的係分析比較歐、美、加、日、韓等國家之廣播電視廣告相關規範、廣告監理政策發展趨勢等進行文獻蒐集與分析,並藉由質化與量化之研究方法瞭解國內政府機關、相關產業、公民團體及一般民眾對廣播電視廣告之意見與建議,據此提出研究結論與建議,以作為未來研擬廣播電視廣告監理政策之參考。
The study concerns current regulatory measures, adapted as national law to achieve their objectives by ensuring that there is a clear distinction of identification between editorial content and advertising. Based on quantitative and qualitative methods, the researchers will examine the provisions of current policy in the wider context of the evolution of the advertising laws in Taiwan and other major countries. This perspective has been given by taking into account of the economic parameters as well as technological factors. The study of the impact of the regulatory measure on television advertising will lead to suggestions for the use of future regulatory measures on television advertising law and regulation.
