dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 傳統的策略研究較強調如何快速地建立差異化的優勢,以達成長期獲利的目標,但不 論是國內外的研究,對於後進廠商的追趕策略著墨較少。但對於台灣廣大產業而言, 要永遠保持技術領先優勢的機會不多。為此,台灣廠商已發展出一套後發先至的策 略,每每能在初期技術落後的狀況下,透過資源與策略的運用,成功超越市場在位 者。故本研究預計以三年的時間深入分析台灣廠商如何透過策略的運用,成功追趕歐 美領先廠商,達到後發先至的效果。研究將概分為兩期:第一期乃以質化研究為主, 預計分析台灣四~八個廠商,期望從質化的分析中,歸納出相關命題,並建立相關的 資料庫,以供第二階段量化分析使用;第二階段的重點,乃是期望以量化分析的角 度,大樣本測試所提出之命題假設,以一般化所提出之理論模型。 | en_US |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Prior strategy researches emphasize how to fast establish differentiation advantage in order to earn sustainable profits. Nevertheless the late-comers studies are ignored no matter in Taiwan of overseas. In fact, it is very difficult for Taiwanese business to become the technology leaders in most industries. Therefore, Taiwanese firms have developed technological catch-ups strategies to outperform the incumbents through various resources and strategies manipulations. This research will dedicate three years and divid into two stages for studying these phenomena. The first stage will focus on qualitative studies of 4~8 cases and end up with some theoretical propositions. The relevant datasets for upcoming quantitative research will also been established. The second stage will adopt statical methods to examine the propose hypotheses. | en_US |
